After the completing the above order form, you will receive an email confirming your order and a PayPal invoice within 2 to 4 hours.
All orders require a minimum of 72 hour advance notice and payment upon receipt of invoice. Orders made without 48 hour advance notice will be charged a rush order fee of $10 which will be payable at time of order.
Delivery fees may be added for orders to be delivered in (but not limited to) Friendswood, Galveston, Conroe, Tomball, and Richmond/Rosenberg.
